Hi there,
I was thinking about going to Radio Shack and get an extended speaker for my scanner. I thought up something better, I use my Karaoke machine, I have the mic, beside the scanner and turn up the echo on my Karaoke machine, it does sound pretty cool and can turn it up as loud as I want.
It seems with the Pro-96, I get no inerference but with my Pro 2050 Mobile-base unit it does. I have had channel hangs on certain frequencies and when, I turn the CD off, the frequency stops hanging, but with my Pro-96, I am not getting any inerference, doing this.
Has others have had other alternitives than going to a radio store to buy an extended speaker?
