using a repeater??

So I'm new to this, just got my lic. and don't want to get myself in trouble right off the bat...
So this might seem like a dumb question but I found this repeater near me
Amateur radio N1OMJ repeater information on 449.825 in WOBURN, MASSACHUSETTS

Can I just program it in and start using it?
It says open to all.

Found this one also
It doesn't say anything

No.
If you only have a GMRS license you cannot use amateur radio frequencies or repeaters. They are two different services.
An "open" amateur repeater is open only to people with an amateur license. A "closed" repeater is limited only to people with an amateur radio license who are members of the group that owns the repeater or other licensed amateurs that the repeater owner allows.

The ONLY frequencies you can use with a GMRS license are listed here:
General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS) | FCC.gov
Not all GMRS repeaters are open to anybody with a GMRS license either. You need the owner's permission to use some of them.

I understand I can't use amateur freq, with a gmrs lic.
Ok so neither of these repeaters are for gmrs radios?
I do understand I need to ask permission to use someone's repeater.
I'm just looking for some gmrs repeaters I can use in my area.

Try mygmrs.com, they have GMRS repeaters listed.
