Using Ericsson LEP-200 as handheld CB?

Is it possible to use a Using Ericsson LEP-200 as handheld CB radio? I have a single radio and i am. Urious about programong it for CB. I do not have cords or anything just a radio. Can they be hand programmed using the key pad? I am totally new to this and i found this at a yard sale got it free because it had not other stuff with it. It turna on but i have not left it on because i dont have a charger yet; and i dont want to invest in it unless i know i can use it fornwhat i want.

Again, looking to use it with CB radios when driving talking to truckers and whomever else has a cb.
