I programmed my BCD996P2 to search 460-461 MHz and found some frequencies that seem to be Digital. Am not sure if there P25, MotoTRBO or DMR single use freq's. I might have stumbled across a new system, plus one of the freq's ID with the word Con, meaning its a Control Freq. I'm thinking it might be encrypted and would be unable to monitor this system.
