using win 95 to interface with arc396?

My father in law got the radio shack digital scanner and could not figure it out and he gave it me and I figured it out using win96 and love it. I has now gotten the Uniden 396t digital scanner and has a blank copy of ARC396.

I have all the info I need in win96 can I copy files into arc396 to work? If so what is the process if you would be so kind

The files won't work but with both programs open, you can copy and paste the frequencies and/or talkgroups.

Copy the Win96 file to Excel and paste it to ARC396 file.
