this did not sound like court security i think it had some thing to do with a manhunt in South Carolina. they something about looking for a Chevy pickup truck

FBI radio system in Chatham County is digital encrypted, so unsure if they use it as well as their own repeater. The USMS repeater is analog unencrypted; most of the time it is inactive but every now and then there is some activity. 163.200 is also used in simplex mode. You can hear some digital activity on 163.200 in Savannah, but it is the Jax repeater coming in via band enhancement.
