The frequency he posted is not used directly by the USNS Comfort, it is used by the DHS HRF

Oh ok. I misunderstood. BTW, I did pick up the USCG guiding the US Comfort ship out on 157.050 MHz. (weak signal from NJ, but still caught the coast guard side of the radio traffic)
