410.525 is not a control channel for FCI McKean, which is what @CqDx was receiving, and it's a bit too far west to pick up even from a site like High Point. It has been noted in past years that USP Canaan was likely 410.525, yet was never added to the database for whatever reason. Perhaps it's time to finally get that taken care of.410.525 is this in the RRDB: Federal Correctional Institution McKean Trunking System, Bradford, Pennsylvania - Scanner Frequencies
407.6125 may be Canaan as it is in the known freq range: Federal Bureau of Prisons - The RadioReference Wiki
I will revisit the SDRsharp and unitrunker logs so I can submit to the database.

SmartZone control channels do not use a NAC. If a SmartZone system uses the P25 CAI for voice, you will observe a NAC on the traffic channels, but that's not really germane to the discussion here.Any NAC ?
I seem to recall someone finding on a UHF Band Openning a few years ago the same Freq and $231
