USS Constitution in Boston Harbor Today

The USS Constitution is underway in Boston harbor this morning. It might be her annual turnaround cruise.

Freqs from 1999 are - 164.175 - 170.575 - 171.975 - all PL 151.4

I have not heard anything on these freqs, but I am not really close enough to hear portable traffic.

I went out to Castle Island this morning to see this. Ops were on MSP Zone 5 SOPS 4, coordination with the National Guard were done by Cell Phone. This cruise was to commemorate the beginning of the Battle Of Midway that started on this date in 1942
