USS Germantown EDACS system, updated info

System is very weak to me, too weak to monitor normally, but, they moved in harbor for a while or something, and I could check out the system for a little while.

The posted LCN info for this ship turned out to be wrong.

As I heard it a day ago:

EDACS Wideband system:

LCN 1 - 397.300
LCN 3 - 395.975
LCN 4 - 397.050
LCN 6 - 397.450

Previous info had these as LCN 1,2,3,4 - apparently in error or changed since.

Aaand, update: Yesterday, Germantown's system dropped below the minimum number of channels functional that the system 'likes', and started spewing voice warnings about it... so last night, they apparently had techs FIX the durn system.

Now, it's running again, with all 6 LCN's in use.
