Just heard a 5pm roll-call and radio check of various NYC-area agencies on UTAC-8 (454.625). Any idea what this coordinating agency is and is this a regular occurrence or just pre Stuporbowl activity?

Superbowl related. Was mentioned in the "Superbowl" thread. They do roll calls a few times per day.
