Regarding the P25 upgrade project, things continue to progress on schedule. L3Harris is installing the remainder of the P25 radio equipment this build season and the remaining upgrades to our site infrastructure and electrical ground systems are all anticipated to be completed this year. Over the winter months and for the majority of 2023, the new system will undergo rigorous testing. UCA and L3Harris are working through the migration schedule and hope to have specific dates and details soon. Nevertheless, we can confirm that it is the intention to migrate users from the legacy network and onto the new P25 network during the 4th quarter of 2023.
