I heard Id 1532 Talking.... Could not identify, I see a tow company is listed as 1552. is it possible these two maybe same company ? with the close ID's ?

I'm assuming that you are talking about Utah Communications and Electronics TRS 8014. If so then the TG you mention (1532) is actually TG 1520 with a status bit of 12. For info on Status bits, go here
