Station 83 - Lehi FD - Engine, Medic, Battalion

Station 91 - Payson FD - Ambulance, Chief

Station 94 - Payson FD - Engine,
Station 95 - Payson FD - Engine

Station 101 - Engine

Station 141 - Santaquin FD - Ambulance, Truck

Station 145 - Santaquin FD - Engine

Station 151 - Salem FD - Ambulance, Rescue, Chief, Engine

Station 160 - Goshen FD -

Station 170 - Genola FD -

Station 190 - Woodland Hills -

Station 191 - Engine

Station 201 - Lone Peak - Engine, Medic, Tower
Station 202 - Lone Peak - Transport Engine

Station 211 - North Fork - Engine, Medic
Station 220 - Elk Ridge FD -

Station 230 - Cedar Fort FD - Engine, Brush, Tender, Squad,
Squad 230 is an EMT unit as they do not have an ambulance. UFA (Eagle Mtn) has ambulance for all of Cedar Valley (Eagle, Cedar, Fairfield and BLM areas like Five Mile Pass Recreation Area.) Cedar Fort Fire also serves Fairfield but UFA is part of any first alarm fire call.

Station 251 - Eagle Mountain (Unified FA) - Medic
- Station 251 has crew of three for a medic engine and an ambulance (ME-251 & MA-251). They'll jump on whatever rig is appropriate for the call and leave the other out of service.
Station 252 - Eagle Mountain (Unified FA) - Medic Ladder, Type 6 Brush (E-6252), Medic Ambulance,
- Station 252 has a full time crew of 4 staffing the medic ladder (ML-252), a type 6 brush truck (E-6252), and an ambulance (MA-252). There is no engine at 252. Between 0900-2100, MA-252 is staffed with part time medics and magically becomes MA-253. MA-253 becomes the first due ambulance on any medical in Eagle Mountain. Between 2100-0900 a medical call gets the closest ambulance, example a medical in 251's area at 4am would get ma251 as the first in crew and ml252 as the heavy apparatus to support.
Station 253 - Eagle Mountain (Unified FA) - Future Station

Station 261 - Saratoga Springs FD - Engine, Medic
Station 262 - Saratoga Springs FD - Engine, Medic, Chief

Well, I dusted off my old list of state callsigns.
I know that it is out of date.
Newer communities are not listed. Updates are welcome.

And ltginrage:
Anywhere in Utah, UHP uses their badge numbers as their callsign. In rural counties, a common channel is used for Sheriff, UHP and other state agencies.

Most look ok, carbon county and the Romeo units, that I’m aware of .. 1R is the county sheriff units, 2R price city units 3R is helper, 4R is East carbon, but covers Sunnyside and Columbia, 5R is Wellington 6R is scofield, 7R used to be Sunnyside, but I think for now that’s just been consolidated to be with the 4R units, the 1R units just cover the rest of the county, so there are currently no 8R,9R or 10 R units...
As far as Emery county is concerned, I think they just use 1S Sierra units for the whole county and then just assign them to areas,
I know that area 1 is castle Dale, area 2 is Huntington, area 4 is ferron I think area 5 is Orangeville but not sure, green river is area 8, I’m not sure on the rest, I will update as I find out

Here is the post from the Saratoga Springs fire department page on Facebook

The City of Saratoga Springs has put into service a new ladder truck. This truck replaces an older fire engine and offers some additional capabilities to the emergency services provided. Firefighters and city officials have spent the last two years carefully designing, planning and training to get this new truck built and working for our citizens. Our firefighters are grateful for the continued support and trust that our citizens have placed in them. Thank-you!

I got asked a while ago, "why do you need to know all this stuff". (First off, I don't "need to". I want to.) I gave two reasons. 1- this info allows me/us to maintain better awareness of what is happening around us, every single day. 2- If I come across an unknown channel/TG, I can better identify the user, if I know the different stations around me.

Update to the list. Bountiful PD (2-GOLF-xx), is now using "BRAVO-xx" for ID. Gone are the "2-GOLF-xx" calls.
