Utica DPW

I was in Utica and the DPW Trucks now have the pigtail antenna's on them and the low band Antenna's are now gone .i have not heard them on the low bad freq in some time .Does anyone have info on them have they gone to MPSCS or it the antenn's used for Nextel Mobile units

This isn't another one of those that has choosen to go the mototrbo route.
