I see that the Albemarle system was updated to include a Pegasus dispatch talkgroup. What I am hearing is more than Pegasus dispatch. I heard Aircare 2 on this TG. I believe that it is UVA medcom.

So the paging group had to be added so new consoles could do 2 tone; that same group they are using to push the 2 tone I believe is tied into one of the MED channels meaning if there is a helicopter on the MED channel it will also come across he talk group as well.
So Medcom Air operations is a better name for it or do you have a more accurate TG description?
If you listen to that TG and I believe it to be MED 9, it may be 10, at the same time you will hear the tones go off there too. Whatever Med channel that is is what the TG should be named as it is the digital resource on the physical symphonies to talk across that med channel to include paging Pegasus for a flight. The only difference is with a digital system this is happening within the P25 system unlike their old motorola consoles that could go direct to a conventional base station without an interface like the Pathway+ or a consolodated gateway (server that Pathway+ talks to)
