V-Call 1 Radio Test

Thursday morning I heard a radio test on 151.1375, 156.7 in downtown Concord. It wasn't a strong signal, but it sounded like a radio shop. It sounded as though they were testing sites or radio brands. The final test asked about Harris.

NH National Guard uses Harris and they may be testing various radios to determine Interop capabilities between them and various state or local entities. That V-TAC-11, which should be in the various agencies radios.

I was in the parking lot at the Concord Post Office, so that's pretty close to the guard base.
