On an incident yesterday morning, in Bullhead City, a vehicle crashed through a building. The IC Sergeant told dispatch to have all units on scene to switch to V-LAW Channel Six on their portables. Is there a list of these V-LAW frequencies, and are they allocated for regional use, or just nationwide? Thanks in advance.

These are Nationwide interoperability frequencies. Some of the tones might be different tho, state to state.

They may have been referring to a channel position.
I am sure that is correct. V-Law refers to several VHF Interop freqs, the 6 probably refers to the channel selector on the radio.

It is likely 155.475 (VLAW31) or 155.4875 (VLAW32) as listed in the NIFOG

Also check the V-Tac channels: (Old names used, the Feds have a way of re designating things in a vastly over complicated way that I can only dream of!)
V-Call 155.7525
V-Tac 1 151.1375
V-Tac 2 154.4525
V-Tac 3 158.7375
V-Tac 4 159.4725

Remember too that local designations for Interop channels can vary by agency. While NIFOG designations are preferred they get wonky and regular people prefer easier names.

Likely 155.475mhz The Old Az had tri band repeaters across the state that had a vhf/UHF/800 on it for interoperability

the triband repeater status is unknown but in Yuma its dead and may have been removed, everyone is on 7-800
The "6" is likely a channel position.
If I can find the old Priority programing list, ill post it, still supposably valid

AIRS Is still around, have never heard anyone use it, but the repeaters still key up and squelch tail. Interop abilities have mostly moved to multi band or multiple radios with participating agencies channels programmed in but AIRS is still available for use as a multi jurisdiction/ multi service channel if need be.

Once in awhile, Payson FD will come up on 155.4750 when they're working an incident on SR 87 south of town. They don't seem to be cross-banded to UHF or 800 MHz when they do.
