Ive managed to program all of the VHF public safety frequencies into my icom. Everything works great. However...
Im stuck tring to utilize a different bank for the ham freqs. Ive come to realize that what i programmed in went into "--" or bank "0" i guess. Now that im tring to program the ham freqs into say bank "A" i cant get the frequency to save into the bank. it just saves as number "0" in the "--" bank. Instead of going to bank "A" and i can scroll to channel whatever and save it at that channel. Ive flipped back and forth and read the manual over and over and tried dozens of times. Im beginning to think that im misunderstanding the manual, and tring to do something the radio isnt capable of doing.
Any insight?
