Va State Police Culpeper

What do I need to monitor VSP Culpeper, Va.? I cannot seem to find anything in live feed or in a frequency list. Thank you!

You will need a digital scanner. It looks like the State Police in your State no longer uses "frequencies." They use digital talkgroups on the Virginia Statewide Agencies Radio System (STARS) Trunking System. This would mean that you need a digital scanner to monitor them. I have included a list of digital scanners below, please verify that they will work for your system before purchasing one.

As for live feed, they are provided by volunteers across America with their own equipment, time, and money. Digital scanners are pretty expensive (Between high $200 used to $500+ new), so not everyone can afford a bunch of scanners to live feed audio.
