I'd suggest two other avenues, outside of the RR DB

Try the yahoogroup of ScanME with many changes occuring [narrow banding] also the fine folks over at ScanNewEngland with the wiki and forums..

And the NP is P25, so make sure you have a Digital Radio.

The others already linked the freqs, If I could reach down there from my house I would listen to these. That would cover just about everything.

Bar Harbor FD/PD
Southwest Harbor Fire/PD
Tremont
Mount Desert Fire & EMS
Mount Desert Police Department
Hancock County Regional Fire stuff
Hancock County SO

County Amb, is a private ambulance out of Ellsworth. They cover EMS from Blue Hill up to Gouldsboro on the main land. They don’t do the Island so you could leave them out.

Add these SP freqs. for the area. Many of the towns alternate coverage between SO and SP by week.
State Police
154.9050 R
155.4600 R

Lifeflight One heads down there often enough. You need.
State Fire 154.310
LifeFlight Dispatch to Pilot 453.650 tone 103.5

Wish the people that provide feeds in Maine were more active, a lot of the frequencies are not used because of the move to county regional dispatching. The guys in the area would know best.

One more thing, if you can do the rangers for Cadillac, do it. People are falling of that hill all the time, S&R is a good possibility, tourists.

My feed is always up from Western Maine, but have good coverage looking east

Well that's two of us that are active, three if you count Alex with the portland feeds. He comes around now and then. I'm glad you reminded me about your feed. I've posted about LifeFlight One going out there on my MaineBoxAlarm Twitter site and was not able to follow up. Well that's over.
