No one has found this? Noticed it yesterday while out there. No activity though so couldn't determine the LCN. Looks to be a single frequency so probably not many users.

I'm hearing some activity on this frequency with color code 9. More than likely it is this system but you're right, there isn't much activity. I'll try to find out more and get it into the database soon. I've been looking at some of the licensing for Valley Two-Way c/o Teltronic and it seems that Teltronic is handling all of the administration of this system, so I'm thinking it would make the most sense to put it under that name. There is also a wide-coverage network (Connect Plus?) for Teltronic and I'm pretty sure I can hear one of their sites at Linden, VA on 463.8125, color code 10.
