With the public safety agencies in Granville and Vance counties using VIPER, I know there are a few of the legacy VHF frequencies in Granville that are either still in use or simulcasting for volunteer pagers. Can anyone advise if there are legacy VHF fire / police / EMS frequencies still in use or simulcasting in Vance County / Henderson area? Monitoring a shooting incident yesterday, I heard zero traffic on the old 154.800 and 154.875 law frequencies.
