Various Older Trunked Systems in Georgia

Programming a friend's scanner for some travels through the Peach State during the upcoming holidays. Have a question on several older systems throughout the state which appear to have been replaced by newer systems...

System: Chatham/Effingham County
System: Statesboro/Bulloch County
System: Glynn County
Have these systems been replaced by SEGARRN?

System: Tift County Motorola System
Replaced by the Tift County P25 System?

System: Old Albany/Dougherty County System
Replaced by Southwest Georgia System?

System: Macon-Bibb County System
Replaced by Central Georgia System?

Old Albany isn't worth programming. Use the new one.
Glynn TRS was working well for me last month - the analog system.

Tift has gone to P25 phase 2 and is fully encrypted, as far I can tell.

The Chatham/Effingham TRS is still up, but if you're just passing through the area, you'll be alright if you left it out; I have it programmed in my radios but rarely scan it. Every now and then I miss things from Effingham or Tybee Island on SEGARRN that pop up on the Chatham/Effingham TRS but that's it. Scanning the SEGARRN system will do just fine.

Glynn County public safety is still on the Glynn TRS. The only Glynn users I've heard on SEGARRN so far are public works.

Glynn County has an open "Invitation for Bid" for a P25 DTRS upgrade:

Glynn County owns and operates a 4-site, 9-channel 800 MHz trunked simulcast analog voice radio system and a 4-site, 4-channel 700 MHz P25 trunked simulcast digital voice radio system. The 800 MHz radio system is no longer supported by the manufacturer. Therefore, as part of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to Motorola, the County wishes to replace the legacy 800 MHz radio system with a digital, Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Project 25 (P25) compliant radio communications system (the P25 System).

2. WORK TO BE DONE:
Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment
necessary to expand and improve the existing P25 radio communications system
while utilizing the SEGARRN Master Site. The cost includes, but is not limited to,
adding six (6) additional channels at each of the 4 sites, upgrading all channels
to P25 Dual Phase I and Phase II, 10 dispatch console positions, microwave
backhaul network in a loop configuration, and flash upgrade and/or replacement
of subscriber radios as necessary.
