VCR/DVD repair in Maryland

Ok I wasn't really sure where to put this thread. Since I am looking for help in Maryland I thought it would be ok to put it in here.

I have a Panasonic VCR/DVD combo unit w/ the DVD burner. I am looking for an inexpensive place to help diagnise the problem. The unit is model number DMR-ES40V. It power up after plugging it in but then it locks up giving a code F60.

If there is anyone out there thats good with this type of electronics I would appreciate some help & information.
