Nice Shack excellent radio selection have to ask whats the performance of the AOR loop on hf/vhf/uhf..

Im actually very happy with the LA390. I use it mostly on my little DX'pedition at one of the national park close to my house. I use it with great succes with the Icom IC-R75 and Eton E1 for DXing MW and SW. Despite is small size its a very directional loop. In the same ballpark as the DXtools Quantum loop for MW DXing.

My 396 casing was broken out of the box. I was able to fix it my self with super glue. I didnt want to ship it back to the dealer since i order it from the State. I glued it from the inside so nothing is showing.
Beside that im very happy with it.

LOL. Once you check the price on the Icom R-9500 it doesn't seem to be "little" at all.
