Is their a simple cigar lighter socket type power cord for the R.S. Pro-107,one without a charger?

Any "USB power adapter", one that plugs into a cigar lighter and has a USB-A jack (5V, 500mA) will work. Something like this.

So I assume the 107 charges VIA mini USB?

The PRO-107 charges via the included USB cable, which plugs into a USB-A receptacle.
