Listening to a SWAT operation in Moorpark, and they've switched to CH10. I don't have a CH10, and I don't see a CH10 in the database. Any help?

CH 10 is Search & Rescue 155.1600

They did the same on a SWAT incident in Camarillo a few weeks ago.
