Verdugo Red 1 VHF Simulcast - broken ?

On the Red 1 simulcast (154.370 Mhz), I keep hearing a short bursts of carrier. This has been going on since at least yesterday. Is anyone else hearing this ?
I thought it was local interference but I could still hear it on my drive today.

And the simulcast itself appears to be broken. Has this been discontinued ?

As of August 2022, the VHF rebroadcast in the clear of Verdugo Dispatch is offline

From Pasadena, either the power output is reduced or the transmitter has moved to another location. Much weaker signal than the previous incarnation.
