Verified Fairbanks Alaska trunking info...

Has anyone verified that the Fairbanks entries from the trunking database work ? I last used win96 3 or 4 yeas ago to upload freqs and trunking info to my Pro 96 scanner, and the other day I decided to see if there was any updates, so I connected to the RR database, got "updated" and went to upload it to the scanner. And the scanner isn't receiving any transmissions at all. It looks like the same freqs and data channels are being used, just seems nothing is working, so I used the old backup database, and uploaded that, and I'm receiving traffic again... did something change ?

Not from your area, but if the same freqs and Control channels are being used in both files then I would check to see if both files have the same scanner settings. Maybe there is something different between them you have not noticed and this is keeping the scanner from operating correctly.
Just a thought.
