Vertex VX-400v Manual Needed!

Anyone know where I might get hold of a manual for a Vertex vx-400v unit! A friend of mine who also recenly got his ticked purchased one at a yard sale, but they didn't have a manual for it. 73's.

You do realize that it is a commercial radio? Programmed by software only. Go to the Yaesu website and download a manual. Maybe ask in the Yaesu/Vertex forum for help?

Didn't know that! My friend just said he picked it up somewhere. That's why I was wanting a manual to see the frequencies covered. I went to the website but no manual available for that model on the website. Thanks for the info.

The "V" stands for VHF, "U" for UHF. Standard frequency range.
