Vertex VX537 error

When I turn on my radio,the screen says error 2,I think this is programing error,but I can't get orignal file. Could anyone help me with what is this code meaning and what I could do to fix it?

Look at the label… does it say made in China or made in Japan? There’s a whole bunch of counterfeits floating around

Yeah that’s a clone… vertex strandard where all built and designed in Japan… also the error u mentioned occurs when someone dismantles the channel selector without marking the original position and putting on the toothed ring in the wrong position.. resulting in channel positions mismatching what’s programmed from the software… one more note… be careful walking around with a piece of equipment labeled property of the nypd…. It can get u into some dangerous territory if u get stopped by a law enforcement agency

I know, thats radio I just for collection, I try to fix the error,how can I fix it?
