A lot of stations monitored today. Located in south central Georgia, USA
Using a BCT15X with a discone and a BCD996XT with a G5RV jr HF antenna. Scanned from 29 MHz up through 54 and am picking up a lot of stations, mostly with the hf antenna. Quite a few in Spanish on the 35-36 MHz area. Signals were quite strong, often full quieting.
There's an amateur repeater on 29.620 which allows hams to converse nation wide. Have heard amateurs from North Africa and Spain on there before.
Here's a few of the frequencies I found active. I won't list all as it would be a large post. Signals all nfm:
33.020 Cab Company - English
33.160 Spanish, dispatcher of some sort. (Wish I had learned Spanish now.)
33.240 Spanish
33.480 FD/EMS Dispatcher - English
33.620 FD/EMS Dispatcher - English
33.640 English - Some sort of hospital dispatcher.
33.940 FD/EMS Dispatcher
35.100 FD/EMS Dispatcher
35.130 Spanish Dispatcher
35.140 Spanish Dispatcher
35.480 Spanish Dispatcher
35.520 Spanish Dispatcher \ later monitored a Cab company - English
35.640 POCSAG paging, Spanish voice dispatcher
45.080 FD/EMS Dispatcher
45.180 FD/EMS Dispatcher

First time I have had an opportunity to try this and was very interesting.
