Very Happy With the BCD536 (and Upman)

(snip) I like the 536 so much I have a 436 on order to add to the collection.

I have both units and love them both. Excellent products.
Uniden did their homework on these units and listened
to their customers.

Actually, Sentinel is not so bad once you get used to it.
The only way to do that is to get in there and play with
the software to see what works and what won't.

Just remember, if you update something, you need to
SAVE it before exiting.

Well all I have to say is Thank's to Uniden,UPMAN and all the engineers that made this possible. I upgraded from the RadioShack pro 96 to the BCD436HP. Thank's UPMAN to you and all on your team. You there have made this Radio hobbyist very happy.

Put it this way - UPman's presence here as a manufacturer rep / support person is a feature that NO other manufacturer has ever dared to do.

I'm still waiting for the others to follow Uniden's lead, and so far, no show!

Things may not always be perfect, but we can all easily say that Uniden "walks the walk".

I think I have said it before. Other than the sd card problem, I love both scanners. I like the GPS function at the scanner is doing P25 just fine.
