very new forgive me

was into scanning about 15yrs back, wow the industry has changed. purchased BCD325P2 so I could scan Calcasieu parish here in Louisiana. I us freescan to download and load to scanner. I am not getting anything what so ever with the exception of the showing in red online and beeping noise , just noise...what am I missing?

my area is Motorola Type II Smartnet, system voice is Analog.

freq. have been programmed: Primary 852.7625 851.1625 851.1875 851.6875 851.7125 852.2375 852.300 852.550
852.850a 853.100c 853.6125a 853.350a


any advice I would appreciate

I was looking through the database,It looks like that system is outdated.

Calcasieu Parish is now on (LWIN) Louisiana Wireless Information Network
