Anyone know which VA Hosp. in NYC these freqs. belong to? I have heard them switch from the PD P25 channel to the analog channel 1, but I am not sure which hospital it is.

Not sure about the two, but I think 413.4125 is VA East Orange. It's P25 btw

413.4125 (P25) is the VA Police in East Orange, NJ. Confirmed. Thanks. I neglected to post it earlier.

I happened to be in East Side the other day and found out that 23rd St VA Hospital PD is coming in loud and clear on 408.125 P25.

I also got 406.15 (P25) from some other VA Hospital. I got a strong feeling that it is the Brooklyn one. Can anyone in the area of bay ridge confirm that?
