I recently purchased a Gre PSR 500 scanner and although I have owned a scanner since 93 I must admit to being new to this game. I did something dumb and erased the VFolder in the scanners' main memory and now the folder comes up empty. This folder has the data for my states, is there ant way to get the folder back into main memory .......mayby by downloading it from cd or some other way?

If its just the original V-scanner data your after, you can download the original factory files from the Starrsoft Website Win500 page.
