Can anyone advise me were i can find a list of all the Vhf business band frequencies. Thanks.

try looking in your local state/county database on this site under "common frequencies". i know there used to be a common frequencies page that was linked to the homepage of this site, but lindsay (for one reason or another) took it down and looks like he (or the admins) moved them to the state/county databases.
