Hah, I was just coming to this forum to post about this. I'm seeing them from about 31.5 to 32. There is one right around 31.995 and it must be important. I noticed the inonosonde sweepers make a gap for it.

I am getting quite a good signal from southern New Zealand with the antenna aimed north through Alaska and the north pole.
