Do you see the legend on the bottom right of the page? Click the word more under the colors in the legend. Then look for requests. That will open a page and on top right it will say "log in / create account to contribute". Click that. The box that opens is in java, so where it says "Need an account? Create one." just click those words and it will give you the spot to put in your info..
