It largely depends if there’s scheduled movements.

If it’s just an airplane hangar rally, then expect a little perimeter traffic by supporting local agencies, and ATC.

If there’s coordinated VIP movement then traditionally there’s lots to monitor by various local agencies setting up road blocks and motorcade route security.
