Vilas County is testing P25

Vilas County is testing P25 on two frequencies during the morning and afternoon hours. At least two radio techs are roving around the county and asking Vilas dispatch how they sound.

Sounds like everyone is switching to P25....I thought Oneida County was the only one doing that.

Time will tell...

if some of these counties stay 100% digital after they switch or go back to analog after a while.

Iron County went back to mostly analog from what I can tell.
