Wayne County P25 and VIPER

I have a wildcard set on the VIPER system on my Radio Shack Pro-106. I just heard Wayne County transmit on talkgroup 65335 on the statewide VIPER P25 radio system. Can anyone confirm what this talkgroup is utilized for? I was under the assumption that Wayne County was assigned to the 40000 block of talkgroups. Thanks!

No I didn't. Hopefully I'll hear it again tomorrow and I'll record all the information from my scanner. As a matter of fact I'll rum unitrunker and post the results. I heard them several times on that talkgroup today. A fireman told me they are considering switching from the Harris P25 system due to major issues.

Heard TG# 41014 this evening its definitely LEO. Maybe a TAC or OPS. Any ideas on the ID of this?
Thanks

Rutherford Co. FDs are using it - they're looking to switch over to VIPER full time I believe - I've heard Lake Lure, Rutherfordton, Forest City, Bill's Creek and Emergency Management all on 410xx TGs..

Need help with a couple of TG Id's that are not in the database yet?

I need the TG's Id's for the following:

Alamance Rescue Dispatch
Alamance Tac 1

They do exist, because they are programmed in the SHP radios for Troop D.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Alamance Rescue Dispatch 4155 Decimal/10EB Hex.
Added it to the database.
Can't comment on TAC 1 unless it is the same as Alamance County TAC which is 4170.

I haven't seen 4155 active at all, I'm assuming they are dispatched through normal Fire/EMS dispatch. Also 4247 I believe has been referred to as "Tac 1" listening to traffic, but I haven't been able to confirm exactly what its ID is. I'm thinking its a Mebane FD Tac though.

Just curious, what is the difference between an EMS Dispatch and a Rescue Dispatch?

In my area of the state EMS normally are the paramedics actually in ambulances. Rescue tends to be first responders that are fire department based (but not always).

Hearing traffic this morning on 51677 from Woodys Knob. Based on what's in the database already I am guessing it is something NC DOT.

Looks like it's gonna be Zone 2, Site 45. GPS Coordinates should be somewhere around 35.642559, -83.021840. If anyone in that area can get the control channel frequencies???

Yep. Hazel Top is Z2 S45. We need accurate frequencies before we can add it to the database.
