Is there a band plan for VIPER? There are some counties I get then others I can't pick up.

VIPER is P25 and as such the bandplan is given OTA over the Control Channel. Which means you don't have to enter one into a scanner. So while VIPER does have a bandplan you should not have to worry about it.

Just for learning experiences do they all have the same band plan or does it change per county?

There are only 2 bandplans statewide: one for 800Mhz sites and one for 700Mhz sites. And these 2 bandplans are the default bandplans for those frequency ranges.

Your scanner receives these bandplans automatically over the Control Channel so there is no need to worry about programming them in.

Ok thanks, does anyone know if the Cumberland Co freqs are correct
