Virginia Power - what frequency are they on in Richmond

Anyone have any info on where Virginia Power has their radio system in the Richmond area? I know they are using kenwoor radios. The have a sat link for some of their data communications. They have laptops in most of the service trucks.

Was talking with some of them tonight while they were trying to resore the power after the big storm tore up the city last night. Many of the roads are still closed from high water or bridges washed out.

Richmond is a divided area:

451.425 [141.3] - System Operator
451.375 [141.3] - Central Division Operations Center "DOC"
451.525 [141.3] - Richmond Dist. (north of James River, west of I-95)
451.575 [141.3] - East Richmond Dist. (N of James R., east of I-95)
451.475 [141.3] - Chesterfield Dist. (S or James R, N of 360?)
451.225 [141.3] - Chester Dist. (defunct?)
451.025 [141.3] - Petersburg District (I think)

BTW, those aren't all the districts in the Central Division--just those closest to Richmond. I think that Gloucester (451.075) is also in Central Div. as well as Northern Neck (451.675?).

The CTCSS will probably tell you who you're hearing. I think it's as follows:

141.3 - Central Division, Nuclear (old UHF freqs) & Fossil/Hydro
114.8 - Northern Division (Caroline and north)
107.2 - Eastern Division (Peninsula/Tidewater)

Have read of--but not monitored--some UHF trunking in the Southern Div.(HQ Roanoke Rapids, NC) (incl. North Carolina Power). Used to be on low band with 48.04 as a common freq. Western Division (HQ Charlottesville) was using 48.14 as a common freq, but I don't know if either had CTCSS or DCS. Can anyone from those areas advise on this? My observations are some years old.

THOSE THAT ARE SURE THE DOM FREQ AND TONES ARE CORRECT, PLEASE SEND TO THIS WEB SITE FOR INSERTION INTO THE DATA BASE.
I WANTED TO HAVE A COMPLETED LIST OF DOM FREQ IN THE STATE SECTION, BUT THEY SAID NO, AND WE HAVE TO LIST THEM UNDER THE CORRECT CITY-COUNTY LOCATION.
I HAVE SENT IN A FEW SO FAR........
I WILL SEND IN THOSE THAT I KNOW ARE CORRECT.....
