SDS100/SDS200: Virtual scanning was: Help

I just purchased an SDS 200 and I want to do virtual scanning. I purchased the ARC PRO 246 software but I can't get the virtual scanning to work.

Can someone please help me?

I've used Butel software on previous scanners without any problems, so I must be doing something wrong, but I don't know what. I'm using Win 11 and have all the updates. I have the Sentinel software loaded and use it with both this receiver and my Home Patrol without any issues. I use Freescan with my BCD996.

You need ARC536 not ARC246

ARC246 only works with the Uniden BC246T & nothing else. Go with Proscan, the remote & web scanning capabilities far surpass Arc536 & the UI is much cleaner IMHO. Welcome to the forums!

Yeah, that was a typo on my part. I have the 536, but I figured it out and got it working.

Did you install the USB drivers? Also make sure the scanner is in serial mode.
