Visiting Downtown Austin

Hello

Next week I will be in downtown Austin for several days and was hoping someone might be able to advise which tower(s) I should program in my 396 based on where I will be at (Omni Hotel downtown). I was planning to simply program the simulcast sites, but since I'm not familiar with the system, I'm not sure which is best.

S1 or S2 ... or both.

S1 or S2 ... or both.

Both S1 and S2; place the same talkgroups on both sites. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why which group shows up on which site. I see APD and AFD on both layers at the same time all the time, but TCSO seems to be busier on S1 most of the time.

You might also try the 700 mhz tower (110) just for grins - there's some Capitol and a little DPS traffic here, plus we don't have any voice channels for this site in the DB.
