Where is the above geographicaally located?

It is on this page: NC Medical Helicopters - The RadioReference Wiki at the end of the NC listing, right before the out-of-state listing. But I can't assign a CC to it, unless I know where it is located, TIA.

That should be a statewide talkgroup that is accessible by any of the air medical units.

It was put in EMS tg to allow any med flight in NC that may be filling in for another service to contact a hospital for traffic. It also allows contact from out of state units transporting into NC facilities. If you have out of area units you may hear traffic

52371 is a talkgroup. It can affiliate with any VIPER site statewide.

Highlands (Ballad Health out of East TN/Southwest VA) uses this talk group when flying into NC to talk back to their flight control in Johnson City,TN. That's the only user I've monitored on this particular TG, although there are other Med helos that have access to it as mentioned earlier.

I know it is a TG. The point of my question is, I can't put the TG so it uses any CC, or can I?

You probably won't hear anything on it unless someone using that TG is affiliated to a tower you're monitoring...
