Voice descrambler

I recently downloaded the descrambler and can't get it to descrambler is their a certain freq I'm suppose to set it on? I'm using an rtl dongle and sdr sharp

There is no 'descrambler' software that will work with any modern encryption. Period.

You might have an old piece of software that works with voice inversion, but that is rarely used anymore.

Yeah, voice inversion is used on some radios, but it's not very popular as it isn't really secure. It's pretty easy to chose from one of the many offset frequencies and hear exactly what is being said. I'm willing to bet what you have is a program that only handles voice inversion scrambling.

Encryption is an entirely different beast, and you are not going to find a software that will handle encryption, at least not legally.

Correct it is for anlog voice inversion , it's been around since 99 I believe I just can't figure it out entirely

Fixed analog inversion frequencies will be between 2.6KHz - 4.1KHz, with most somewhere between 3KHz - 3.3KHz.

I have some Motorola's with fixed inversion and they are using 3.39KHz.

I've never tried the inversion program, I think one was called "Invert".
