who can help me,
i use the SDRSarp 64bits v1.0.01574 and DSDPlus 1p101 ,the decoding is done properly but the voice is not clear he is encrypted by alg enhanced privacy as indcated the link of the video

The voice is encrypted as you already seem to know. Unless you have the encryption key used to encrypt the signal, the voice will never be clear.

And no, we cannot help you figure out the encryption key.

The key ID tells the radio which key in the radio to use.

It wouldn't be very secure if the actual key was sent over the air.

No, there is no solution.

If there was a solution, it would defeat the purpose of the encryption--rendering the transmission unintelligible to everyone except the intended recipient(s).

The only way to decrypt the transmission is to get the key from the source of the transmission. Unless you are part of the agency/entity, you will never get the key.

You can't recover the key from the radio you and the entity own. You need to be given the encryption key, and then load said key into the radio. You can not read the key out of the radio.
